Joshua has been actively involved in commercial real estate since 2001 in Las Vegas, Phoenix and Seattle. Prior to starting Cardo Construction, Joshua spent 9 years at Juliet Companies (www.julietcompanies.com) and 4 years at American Nevada Company (www.americannevada.com) (ANC), and over a year at Colliers International. 

 

Joshua has been involved in the construction, development, leasing and management of over 4 million SF of institutional grade office, medical, grocery anchored retail, retail power centers, gaming, industrial and residential properties.

 

As a principal of Cardo Construction, Joshua has focused primarily on the development of retail, restaurant, office and residential properties in Las Vegas and Phoenix and handled all aspects of construction, development, structuring partnerships, land acquisition, entitlements, financing, leasing, property management, and disposition.

Joshua holds a B-2 contractors license thru Cardo Construction with a $4,000,000 limit, Lic.# 0088445 as well as a Real Estate Broker License #50946 and Property Manager Permit.
